This informal bid solicitation is being conducted
pursuant to Title 31 Section 239(a)(3) of the Virgin Islands
Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal
bid solicitation. All quotes must be submitted via GVIBuy for
consideration.
The vendor shall provide a complete turnkey solution including 10 enterprise-grade 4K fixed IP cameras, 1 PTZ camera with 25x optical zoom, enterprise NVR with RAID-protected storage and minimum 90-day retention, VMS with camera licenses, managed PoE switches, UPS with 30-minute runtime, monitoring workstation with dual displays, CAT6 cabling, and all necessary mounting hardware. Work includes site assessment, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, documentation, administrator and end-user training, and a minimum three-year manufacturer warranty and one-year installation warranty. The system must operate on a dedicated VLAN, comply with NDAA Section 889 and FCC Covered List prohibitions, and support future expansion to 25 cameras and integration with access control and analytics.
