The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform janitorial services at numerous locations in St. Croix, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and specialized facilities such as a fish market and a morgue. Services include daily cleaning (trash removal, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces), weekly tasks (interior glass cleaning, carpet spot cleaning), monthly tasks (deep cleaning of locker rooms, shampooing mats), quarterly deep cleaning (stripping and waxing floors, high dusting, cleaning blinds), bi-annual tasks (carpet shampooing, commercial kitchen floor cleaning), and as-needed emergency services. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and territorial laws, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
