These services shall be used in order to conduct a General Reassessment Services for Warren County. These services shall be used in order to conduct a General Reassessment of all taxable and exempt real property in Warren County in accordance with Section 58.1-3252 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
The successful Offeror shall start reassessment field work no later than July 1st, 2027 and complete and submit the reassessment of the value(s) of each parcel and structure in Warren County by December 31st, 2028 to become effective January 1st, 2029, and shall prepare such data in a form appropriate for inclusion in the tax records of Warren County. The County currently operates on a biennial reassessment cycle.
