Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Monticello Fire Station Renovation and HVAC Replacement at 1515 Founders Place, Charlottesville, Virginia. The project is generally described as a phased occupied renovation of the existing fire station. Scope of work includes a full replacement of the existing mechanical system, replacement of the generator system, and the creation of a new training room, dayroom, kitchen/ dining space, bunk room, and changing/ shower room within the existing footprint.
The fire station will be occupied throughout the entirety of construction and must maintain operation.
