The solution shall provide a customer-facing Click to Action capability that enables DMV customers to conveniently access automobile insurance shopping and comparison services from DMV designated digital channels through a Contractor operated environment. DMV seeks a secure, user-friendly, reliable, and technically compatible solution that minimizes the technical and operational burden on DMV while providing customers with convenient access to automobile insurance shopping resources.
