The work includes milling, preparing, repaving, and relining parking spaces at the Visitor Center Parking Lot (Lot 1, approximately 2560 Square Yards); similar work with park staff removing pavement (Lot 2, approximately 2560 Square Yards); repair of the Visitors Center Trail and ADA entrance (Lot 3, approximately 1117 Square Yards); extension of an unpaved gravel and grass trail (Lot 4, approximately 358 Square Yards); and mobilization and equipment for Lots 1, 3 & 4 (Lot 5) and Lots 2, 3 & 4 (Lot 6), both negotiated per attached specifications.
