The selected consultant will evaluate the effectiveness, consistency, and adequacy of the Countyâs current financial and administrative practices, identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations designed to strengthen governance, improve operational efficiency, enhance internal controls, mitigate operational and financial risk, and promote accountability and transparency.The engagement will include the review, revision, and development of policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures based on the consultantâs assessment and recommendations.
