The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform professional portrait photography services at designated Family and MWR (FMWR) facilities. Services include, but are not limited to, individual portraits and family sessions. The contractor is to provide price quotes on the different package options offered and a description of each package offered. Photography sessions taking place in FMWR facilities require advance approval from the respective FMWR program managers. All scheduling of sessions shall be coordinated through the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The contractor will operate the photography service at their own expense in exchange for a fee paid to the NAFI. The contractor shall not accept direct payment from customers; all monetary transactions must be processed exclusively through the official FMWR Point of Sale (POS) system.
