Broadband Infrastructure Expansion Program

The West Piedmont Planning District Commission, acting on behalf of participating local governments, is soliciting proposals to establish one or more contracts with qualified Offerors capable of designing, engineering, permitting, constructing, activating, and supporting the broadband infrastructure necessary to extend reliable high-speed internet service to eligible locations within participating localities.
