The Provo City Water Resources Division is a division with the Public Works Department

construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) to provide preconstruction services for
the Provo City Water Reclamation Facility (PCWRF) Administration and Collections
Buildings Projects located at the site of the existing Water Reclamation Facility.
