The selected vendor will work closely with Alpine School District and the project architect to complete an interior remodel. The project will consist of remodeling approximately 6,400 square feet of cafeteria and commons space. The work will primarily consist of replacing ceiling tiles, light fixtures, and HVAC diffusers. There is also some removal of existing wall carpet, which will require some walls to be painted
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on October 29 at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time at Lehi Junior High, 700 Cedar Hollow Road, Lehi, UT 84043. Bidders must meet in the main front office and sign in before the meeting begins.
Late arrivals will not be admitted. Check-in will close promptly at 10:30 a.m. Bidders who arrive after that time will be turned away.
