The City of Moab, a public entity of the State of Utah (the “City”) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified professional engineering firms (the “Consultants”) licensed in the State of Utah for various engineering services related to the planning, design, construction, and implementation of infrastructure improvements for the City. The City intends to select up to four (4) Consultants that are determined by the City to be the best able to provide the required engineering services based on the criteria specified herein and to generally set forth the terms and conditions whereby the City will contract with the selected Consultants.
