Project Description: Install new AC Split Systems in each wing of the Forensics Building.
Construction Cost Estimate: $200,000.00
Install new AC split systems in each wing of the Forensics Building, including eight roof-mounted outdoor units paired with sixteen indoor fan-coil units, refrigerant piping sized per manufacturer recommendations, 3/4-inch condensate drain lines terminating through exterior wall, new ductwork with ceiling diffusers and return grilles, raising or lowering existing ductwork as needed, cutting and patching hard-lid ceilings, providing ceiling access panels, aluminum-jacketed outdoor refrigerant piping, roof equipment platforms and line-set enclosures with waterproofing, plus electrical, controls with BACnet, testing, balancing and commissioning.
