The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:fencing materials for a drill pipe fence to be delivered to 5464 Stark Road, Dugway, UT 84022. (See the Materials/Equipment list in Attachment B Scope of Work.
Mandatory Site Visit: NONE
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. (Vendor who has the lowest overall total cost with all line items combined including shipping and delivery.)

Vendor must guarantee its pricing for through the delivery of the pipe fencing supplies to the 5464 Stark Road, Dugway, UT 84022
The bidder must supply and deliver fencing materials including 120 drill pipe posts (7 ft 8 in × 2-7/8 in or 2-3/8 in), 70 drill pipe rails (4 ft × 2-7/8 in or 2-3/8 in), 120 post caps/plates, 600 T-posts (7 ft), 600 fence stays (3.5 ft), 2,000 clips, 18 rolls of smooth barbless wire, 1 fence wire stretcher, and 5 pairs of fence pliers. Delivery must be made to C/O Keeli Marvel, Natural Resource Office, 5464 Stark Road, Dugway, UT 84022 by October 30, 2026, and drop-off must be arranged in advance by contacting Kalon Throop at 801-835-8366.
