(DCFS) Care and Supervision for Children in Foster Care with Parents Receiving Treatment Services

This solicitation is open only to Local Substance Abuse Authorities (LSAAs) who are under contract with the DHHS Office of Substance Use and Mental Health (OSUMH) to provide substance use disorder treatment to women, pregnant women, women with children, and fathers. Contracts awarded pursuant to this solicitation will provide funding for care and supervision of children placed in foster care who have a parent receiving treatment through the LSAA.
