Mill existing asphalt with machine guidance milling, place highly modified asphalt mix surface and leveling courses, construct conventional longitudinal rumble strips, place tack coat, untreated base course and soft-spot repairs, replace striping and signs, and provide mobilization, traffic control, survey and public information services with contract time bid as P+T segments.
