The work includes mobilization, traffic control, removal of an existing box culvert (3,881 sq ft), removal of irrigation structures and walls, removal of trees and fence, removal of pipe, roadway excavation (719 cu yd), installation of 140 ft of 84-inch reinforced concrete leak-resistant drainage pipe (state furnished), construction of two 84-inch reinforced concrete headwalls (each with an estimated structural concrete quantity of 25 cu yd), placement of borrow and granular borrow, untreated base course, HMA pavement, emulsified asphalt tack, right-of-way fencing, delineators, landscaping (HECP, topsoil, seeding), pavement marking paint, signs, and contract time items. The project is a Price + Time (P+T) project and requires use of the Electronic Certified Payroll Program.
