The project involves roadway work on SR-77 from MP 7.82 to 8.39, including mobilization, traffic control, removal of trees, concrete curb, and raised islands, roadway excavation, placement of granular borrow and untreated base course, asphalt mix paving, concrete curb type B5 (back to back) installation, plowable end sections, grinding for grooved-in pavement markings, pavement marking paint, pavement messages (preformed thermoplastic), sign installation and removal, and contract time items.
