Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) Foam Systems Repairs

Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, delivery, installation, supervision, incidentals and transportation to perform foam system repairs at four hangers. Work includes capturing existing Jet-X foam concentrate into 55-gallon drums, removing and disposing of existing foam tank bladders (two 300-gallon tanks at hanger 9530, and two 800-gallon tanks at each of hangers 9535, 9540, and 9550), installing new tank bladders, reinstalling foam from drums into new bladders, replacing one 799D 02C11 6" 152-112A Inbal valve with an electronic valve including labor and repairing minor leak on fire sprinkler riser at each hanger. Foam concentrate testing is completed by TMD's vendor. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days.
