The selected firm will provide chair back stadium seats designed to attach to the University's stadium bleachers and non-bleacher individual seating, with custom logo design approved by the Athletics Department. Services include installation, operation, and maintenance of seats before each season and home game; coordination of facility access and installation schedule; conducting audits to ensure correct seat locations; collection of lease and rental fees including online ordering and payment; providing game-day rental carts at each gate for distribution and collection; replacement of inoperable or damaged seats; providing identifiable game-day staffing; serving as a single point of contact; coordinating with the University's Ticket Office; conducting postseason inventory audits; providing a housekeeping/sanitization plan; and providing a list of volunteers to Athletics Facilities & Operations two days prior to each game. The firm must also provide a marketing plan, a replacement plan for lost/stolen/damaged seats, a customer service plan, financial services accepting major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay, a rebate proposal payable quarterly, and reporting services including game-day sales information within three business days and year-end sales within seven business days.
