The selected firm will prepare an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with Narrative to include an 18B Obstruction Survey consistent with the latest version of the FAA Master Plan Advisory Circular and other Standard Operating Procedures. The work includes conducting a target market and SWOT analysis, updating aviation demand forecasts, determining current and future critical design aircraft, performing airfield design and landside hangar/business market assessment, evaluating highest and best uses of airport property, developing airside and landside facility requirements/alternatives, conducting RSA evaluations, recommending a concept plan and CIP for short- and long-term periods, assessing height/hazard and land use compatibility, and updating the Airport Layout Plan and final documents.
