RFP - Master Planning and Facilities Feasibility Study Services

Camino Real Community Services (CRCS) invites qualified planning, architecture, engineering, and facilities consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct a comprehensive Facilities Feasibility Study and develop a 15-Year Facilities Master Plan.

The objective of this engagement is to evaluate existing facilities, identify future facility needs, assess options for renovation, expansion, consolidation, or new construction, and develop a phased facilities strategy that supports CRCS's mission and anticipated operational needs over the next fifteen (15) years. CRCS seeks a consulting team with demonstrated expertise in healthcare, behavioral health, the public sector, community service, and multi-site facilities planning.
