The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites Landscape Architects, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification proposals to provide professional services for the Design and Engineering of various improvements to the 36-acre Lively Park, located in Irving, Texas. The renovation will include an upgraded playground area, new covered sport courts, new bridge to facilitate crossing the creek channel, new ball field lighting and a sand volleyball court.
