The contractor will provide various kitchen supplies on a blanket order basis for the Brenham State Supported Living Center in Brenham, TX. Deliveries must be made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM on the specified date, excluding 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, to the address on the purchase order. Products must be labeled on outer cartons with description, purchase order number, and quantity per carton. Pallets must be shrink wrapped and labeled. The contractor must contact the point of contact on the PO to set up a delivery appointment. All deliveries must arrive on time; late items may be purchased on an emergency basis at the vendor's expense. Products that fail to meet specifications will be rejected or returned at the vendor's expense.
