Eagle Reserve is an existing 18-hole course featuring dramatic elevation changes and scenic Bringle Lake views directly across from the TAMUT campus. The Course has been acquired by TAMUT, which is committed to revitalizing and reinvesting in the property to create a premier college amenity and regional golf destination. TAMUT intends for Eagle Reserve to deliver an exceptional golf experience for students, faculty, alumni, residents, and visiting golfers while operating as a financially sustainable, self-sustaining long-term asset supporting the University's broader mission, including athletics, alumni relations, student life, and recruitment.
TAMUT seeks a qualified firm to provide complete operational management of Eagle Reserve, including but not limited to the Golf Shop, Course Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Administration/Bookkeeping, and Marketing functions.
The respondent shall provide overall General Management of Eagle Reserve, including oversight of the Golf Shop, Course Maintenance, Administration/Bookkeeping, and Marketing functions. Responsibilities include operating the entire facility, hiring and managing on-site staff, establishing pricing schedules, developing marketing strategies, preparing annual budgets, delivering financial reporting, and coordinating with Chartwells for food and beverage service. Food & Beverage is provided by Chartwells under a separate strategic partnership and is not part of the respondent's direct operational management.
