Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase eighteen (18) 15-foot Flat Bottom All Welded Aluminum Boats, eighteen (18) 25hp Outboard Motors, and eighteen (18) Aluminum Boat Trailers for the Law Enforcement Division.
The Contractor shall deliver eighteen (18) complete boat, motor, and trailer packages, fully assembled as single units, to specified TPWD Law Enforcement offices. Each package includes a 15-foot all welded aluminum flat bottom boat, a 25hp outboard motor, a boat trailer, and a fire extinguisher. The boats must meet detailed specifications including hull design, dimensions, flooring, navigation lights, bilge pump, seats, and LED light bar. The motors must be four-stroke, 25hp, with electric start and power tilt/trim. Trailers must be suitable for the boat and motor, with specified features such as aluminum or galvanized steel frame, LED lighting, and safety chains. Optional accessories such as GPS units may be awarded. Delivery must be FOB destination, and the contractor must schedule predelivery inspection and delivery appointments.
