The service provider will perform haircutting services consisting of one haircut per month per male youth, using regular guards from zero through a three guard blade, hair edge-ups, hair fades, and boys' free world haircuts. Haircuts will be performed on campus within every dorm, with a Texas Juvenile Corrections Officer present at all times. The service provider must supply all barber supplies and tools, submit a master inventory of items for approval, and adhere to campus security policies including vehicle searches and prohibited items restrictions. Services are scheduled weekdays Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M.
