The vendor must furnish and install a new portable building at the TxDOT Fort Davis Maintenance Facility. The building must comply with IBC, ADA, and NEC codes, be labeled under the Texas IHB program, and include specific components such as a steel frame, vinyl tile flooring, steel siding, commercial steel doors, dual-pane windows, electrical service, plumbing, HVAC system, and casework. The vendor must also submit construction documents for approval, install the building within 5 days of delivery, and provide a minimum 12-month warranty.
