Event Planner

The vendor will be responsible for planning and managing TXCC events, including the Information Security Forum (ISF), the ISO Summit, and Cybersecurity Awareness Month. Required services include managing all event expenses and fees, contracting with venues and vendors, maintaining accounting records, and reporting fees and expenses. The vendor must also handle exhibitor coordination and management, site and venue coordination, event registration, speaker coordination, and event materials. Additionally, the vendor is responsible for marketing and communications, including creating an event website and managing promotional materials. The vendor must provide regular progress reports and detailed financial reports after each event.
