OPEN Districtwide Software and Online Subscriptions

Katy Independent School District (“Katy ISD” or the “District”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of Districtwide Software and Online Subscriptions, in accordance with Texas Education Code § 44.031(a)(3). The initial term of this contract will be for three (3) years. The initial term shall be from 01.25.2027, through 01.24.2030, with the option to renew annually for up to an additional two (2) years, provided any subsequent renewal is agreed to in writing by both parties.

If all renewals are exercised, the contract term for vendors awarded under this solicitation shall end on 01.24.2032.

Interested vendors should respond to this RFP and submit responses to Katy ISD for consideration.

Vendors may respond to the following solicitation by submitting a sealed response to the Purchasing Department either by mail or hand delivery up to the date listed in the timeline.
