The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a reliable vendor capable of supplying qualified temporary personnel to staff cafeteria and food service operations across district facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and managing temporary personnel while ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and alignment with the values, standards, and procedures of Richardson ISD.
Because the Child Nutrition program operated by Richardson ISD, participates in United States Department of Agriculture Child Nutrition Programs administered at the state level by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), all temporary personnel services provided under this solicitation must be delivered in full compliance with TDA requirements, guidance, and program regulations governing the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program.
