The BRA is requesting proposals for Investment Advisory Services
The investment advisor will review cash flow requirements, execute securities purchases and sales with approved broker/dealers, solicit certificate of deposit rates, provide monthly and quarterly reports, attend up to two board meetings per year, annually review the investment policy, maintain a list of approved broker/dealers, provide advisory services for tax-exempt bond proceeds, provide collateral valuation, evaluate banking and custodial services, coordinate with external agencies, evaluate internal treasury procedures, assist in developing benchmarks, and monitor financial institutions for disciplinary actions.
