The Contractor’sexpertise will be used to guide value engineering, constructability decisions,construction phasing, and ultimately set the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)within the limits established by the contract. The services during Pre-Constructionshall include attending meetings, plan reviews, constructability reviews andcost estimating. The Contractor shall beproactive in recommending strategies to help minimize impact to the scheduleand budget. The newly acquired properties, of 3,073 acres in LlanoCounty, </span><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">and 630 acres inGillespie County</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">adjacent to the existing park Enchanted Rock SNA, the new property will bedeveloped as an expansion of the existing SNA.
