FY27-28 Request for Qualifications for General Contractors

Angelo State University, Member of The Texas Tech University System, (ASU) seeks Statements of Qualifications for Construction Services from qualified firms (as defined below) to manage the construction of Minor Renovations, Additions, Minor Building Modifications and/or Minor New Construction. For contracts $250,000.00 and less.

The successfully qualified Construction Services firm(s) will contract directly with ASU and will work cooperatively with ASU, its Owners’ Representative, and any Design Professionals to successfully complete the full scope of the project within the project budget and on schedule for each individual project request(s).
