Tarrant County will not provide copies of solicitation documents (such as specifications or drawings). Please download your own copies for the meeting. RSVP: Vendors planning to attend the Pre-Bid Conference should RSVP via email to: [email protected] by 5:00 p.m., CT, Friday, October 30, 2026. In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing. After the RSVP deadline, an invitation will be sent to participants. Confirmed receipt of this email is preferred. Questions from bidders will be addressed at the pre-bid conference. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid conference does so at his own risk. Such applicant who submits a bid and does not attend the scheduled pre-bid conference waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions.
