Description
Texas A&M University-Kingsville ("University") invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the
furnishing, delivery, installation, training, and support of an LED video wall system to be utilized for
commencement ceremonies, university events, athletic events, conferences, and other campus functions.
TAMUK requires two LED Display Walls, approximately 9’x15’, each with a pixel pitch of between 2.9 -
3.9. These LED Walls would be for live video magnification and presentations in a mobile capacity to be
setup across campus as needed and therefore need to be able to be hung in the interior of a building from
rafters/girders in the ceiling, as well as be ground-stacked universally. Its components need to be compatible
with Apple’s Mac OS for design, control, and configuration, as well as be of utmost quality and durability
for indoor and outdoor use. Reliability and stability of the equipment and the software used is integral to its
design and usage.
Furnish, deliver and install two mobile LED Display Walls approximately 9'x15' each with 2.9-3.9 pixel pitch for live video magnification and presentations, capable of interior hanging from rafters and girders and universal ground-stacking for indoor and outdoor use with Apple Mac OS-compatible design, control and configuration, including all trussing, mounting equipment, processors, hoists, cables, ballasts and maintenance and construction tools for a complete build, plus in-person training on rigging, setup, control, teardown and storage, and supply of a Yamaha DM5 audio console with YP-DSP card, broadcast software package and Rio-32 channel stage box.
