Description
Potential sponsorship assets may include physical spaces, programs, events, publications, digital media,
communications channels, intellectual property, experiential opportunities, naming opportunities, and
other university-controlled inventory. The selected firm must distinguish commercial sponsorship
opportunities from philanthropic naming, donor recognition, procurement relationships, and other
arrangements that may be governed by separate policies or agreements.
Reserved and excluded inventory. The final contract will exclude assets subject to existing exclusive
rights, such as concession, licensing, banking, beverage pouring-rights, or other agreements unless
Tarleton State expressly authorizes their inclusion. The selected firm must identify potential conflicts
and dependencies.
The vendor’s proposal must include all elements necessary to perform the complete scope of work as
described in this RFP.

Most Texas work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
