Existing door and window thresholds, roof edges, brickwork, and other façade components require height modifications to work with the increase in roofing insulation. Ancillary work includes removing and replacing skylights, ladders, and roof hatches, and providing a new safety tie off system. HVAC equipment will need to be removed to allow for the roofing work and then reinstalled afterwards. There is no hazardous material abatement work necessary. Plans will be available after October 19, 2026, through DataFlow, Inc. (518-463-2192 & https://www.nyplanroom.com/). A project walk-through has been scheduled for October 29, 2026, at 1:00pm, meeting in the lobby of Bouck Hall Expansion Building, Room 101. Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant.
