Provide full architectural and engineering design services for six scopes: HVAC repairs at IM-K Community Education (East Elementary), Central Middle School Addition (Grade 4-5 Building), and North Elementary including exhaust fans, air handling units, rooftop makeup air units, unit vents, heaters and controls; fire protection including fire alarm panel, strobes and monitoring at North Elementary; approximately 2,000 square feet of exterior windows at IM-K Community Education; and renovation and modernization design for the approximately 12,798-square-foot Industrial Arts Building in collaboration with District staff.
