The awarded Vendor shall provide moving and storage services including classroom relocation, office relocation, furniture relocation, packing and unpacking, disposal and surplus removal, and storage services. Services include safe handling, transportation, placement, and setup of furniture and materials; disassembly, transport, relocation, and reassembly of furniture; packing, labeling, and organizing property; removal, relocation, recycling, or disposal of surplus items; and temporary storage solutions including warehouse storage and vendor-provided storage trailers. The Vendor is responsible for site protection and restoration, including protecting doors, frames, corners, walls, elevators, and other building components, and leaving each area clean and ready for occupancy.
