This requirement is for museum level restoration and refinishing services for two (2) outdoor static display heritage aircrafts (F-4 Phantom II and F-100 Super Sabre) and their respective display stands located at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC), Joint Base Andrews, MD IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to prepare, repair, and refinish the static display heritage aircraft and their display stands to a museum-level standard. Work includes surface preparation, localized corrosion control, drainage maintenance, coating application with high-quality aerospace polyurethane topcoats, display stand restoration, and site restoration. The contractor must also submit a Site-Specific Safety Plan, AF Form 66 for material submittals, and a minimum 1-year workmanship warranty.
