The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to prepare, repair, and refinish the static display heritage aircraft and their display stands to a museum-level standard. Work includes surface preparation, localized corrosion control, drainage maintenance, coating application with high-quality aerospace polyurethane topcoats, display stand restoration, and site restoration. The contractor must also submit a Site-Specific Safety Plan, AF Form 66 for material submittals, and a minimum 1-year workmanship warranty.
