The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough and finish carpentry and general trades, roofing, entrances and storefronts, windows, glass and glazing, metal studs, gypboard, acoustical ceilings and EIFS, carpet, resilient flooring and hard tile, painting and wall covering, food service equipment, HVAC and plumbing at Whitehall Middle School and Ealy Elementary, electrical and low voltage, site work and site utilities, and landscaping. The project also includes final cleaning and commissioning.
