Garber High School Door Replacements
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to remove and replace doors and frames at Garber High School. At Door 16 remove, dispose of and replace all 5 doors and frames with new doors, frames and hardware matching the main entrance standard, meeting ADA, fire/life safety and security requirements and integrating the existing fob system. At Door 24 remove glass doors and frame and install solid blue FRP insulated panel doors with new frame and hardware. At Door 25 remove door, frame and hardware and brick in the opening to match the exterior. Perform minor paint touch-ups, comply with codes, coordinate to minimize disruption, and provide warranties, manuals and closeout documentation.
