The successful bidder will furnish and deliver custodial equipment to various district buildings as indicated upon issuance of a District Purchase Order. Equipment includes commercial riding and walk-behind automatic floor scrubbers, autonomous floor scrubbers, swing machines, self-contained and large-area carpet extractors, carpet spot extractors, encapsulation carpet cleaning machines, stackable carpet air movers, corded and cordless backpack vacuums, upright vacuums, wet/dry vacuums, multipurpose cleaning machines, walk-behind auto floor sweepers, trash containers, trash container dollies, and custodial carts. The bidder must provide inside delivery, installation if applicable, training to school personnel, removal and disposal of packing materials and obsolete district-owned equipment, and all costs must be included in the unit price. Unit prices shall remain firm for twelve months from award.
