Provide janitorial services three times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during 8 AM to 5 PM CST at 8200 Southport Drive, Suite 105, Manhattan, KS, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, floor stripping and waxing, twice-yearly carpet steam cleaning with weekly spot cleaning, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, refilling tissue, towel, soap and sanitizer dispensers, emptying trash and placing waste in dumpsters, dusting, cleaning entrances, glass, walls, blinds and break areas, disinfecting high-touch surfaces and telephones, replacing light bulbs provided by the agency, maintaining supply storage areas, monthly contractor inspections, and 24-hour callback within 24 hours, with all cleaning supplies and commercial-grade equipment furnished by the contractor.
