The contractor is responsible for an all-inclusive, turnkey scope including removal and lawful disposal of all existing turf material, providing 3rd party infiltration testing of the exposed stone base, visually inspecting the existing stone base and adding finishing stone as needed, furnishing and installing new turf materials in accordance with manufacturer's warranty requirements, providing a track bridge to protect the track and surrounding surface, installing field markings including district logo, end zone letters, USA Flag logos, football lines, and soccer lines, supplying and installing turf system infill materials (ambient processed SBR and silica sand), performing one satisfactory GMAX test upon completion, and providing a minimum 8 year third party warranty. The contractor must also include a mandatory alternate for a performance shock pad. All work must be completed by July 28, 2027.
