The Work, Ottawa Building First Floor West Suite Renovations, File No. 171/26231.ABG includes, but is not necessarily limited to construction of private office spaces, refurbishing an existing kitchenette space, as well as reconfiguring existing workspaces and storage spaces. In addition to the floor plan alterations, the interior finishes will also be renovated with new carpet, new wall paint, ceiling tile, and light fixtures. Demolishing existing spaces will make room for new conference rooms, offices, workspaces, and flexible workspaces that will accommodate SIGMA’s mission. Most of the furniture to be used in the space will be reused and moved from SIGMA’s existing space within the Ottawa Building. Electrical and HVAC systems will be altered to work with the requirements SIGMA has for the new space. The square footage of the first floor is 28,146 SF, of which 14.787 SF is to be renovated under this contract. The site is located at 611 W Ottawa St, Lansing, MI 48933, as shown on the Drawings.
