The contractor removes and disposes existing carpeting in Kindergarten pod rooms 304-310 and 1st grade pod rooms 204-210 and all base molding in the pod commons and classrooms, repairs any concrete base, and installs new Kinetex Urban Avenue model #1560 zone carpet tile with new 4-inch gray base in all pod classrooms and pod commons. Demolition starts June 7, 2027 for completion June 25, 2027, and installation starts July 12, 2027 for completion August 13, 2027.
