The professional shall provide a complete and comprehensive architectural and/or engineering study consistent with the Project/Program Statement, with itemized construction cost estimates. The study includes coordination, research, analysis, and a final study report covering management summary, problem, research findings, conclusion, and recommendation. The study must evaluate the removal, repair, and rebuild alternatives for each dam, investigate pros and cons of each alternative, develop cost estimates, and provide an engineering recommendation based on the operational and management goals of Fisheries Division.
