The selected Professional Services Contractor (PSC) will provide professional services for the development of new housing facilities at two existing correctional facility campuses. The scope includes Phase 200 Program Analysis, Phase 300 Schematic Design, Phase 400 Preliminary Design, Phase 500 Final Design, Phase 600 Construction Administration – Office Services, and Phase 700 Construction Administration – Field Services. The PSC will be responsible for conducting detailed site investigations, advancing the design from the existing schematic design report, developing complete construction documents, assisting the Construction Manager in bidding, and providing complete construction administration services. The work must be performed at two separate locations (Oaks Correctional Facility in Manistee, MI and St. Louis Correctional Facility in St. Louis, MI) during both the design and construction periods, requiring separate, parallel design meetings and construction administration across the two geographically separated sites.
